1% doubt does not equal 100% belief

confidence 263x300 1% doubt does not equal 100% beliefAs I was getting ready for my day just a little while ago I had the occasion to reflect on what it takes to make it in business and in life.

In considering the ups and downs that I have personally experienced I had a flashback to something that I had heard in a training long ago that sticks with me to this very day. It was a very simple statement really:

1% doubt does not equal 100% belief

What a simple yet profound statement this is. When you think about it you realize that you can’t “sorta” believe that you have what it takes to succeed in business. You don’t “sorta” believe you have what it takes to land that promotion. You don’t “sorta” have what it takes to attract that significant other.

When we operate from a “sorta” standpoint in life the only thing that ends up happening is that we end up chasing our tails “trying” to get things accomplished. Our goals really become wishes rather than manifestations of certainty.

What I encourage everyone who is going to read this message is to take a serious look at their life taking note of what it is EXACTLY that they want to achieve. Once you are clear about WHAT it is that you want then write down everything that you will need to learn, do, or become in order to achieve these goals.

Once this is done you will now have a BLUEPRINT with a step by step plan of action to achieve anything that you want to in life.

Believe me my friends this works…. It’s happening for me this very moment.

Hey John,
Becoming clear on your Why is a key component in your on-going success. Like you said, there is no such thing is sort-of. :) Discover your Why, explore how it will feel to achieve that, and do write down action steps to move towards that vision.

Be fluid and open to what shows up for you because you never know when something not thought of might come into place to advance your vision!

Great reminders,
Val ;)

Val,
Becoming clear on your WHY is one of the most important things a person can do in their business and life. Your WHY will keep you up after most people have gone to bed because there is still work to be done. Your WHY will cause you to apply yourself to the study of marketing because you know that this is how to create true and lasting success.

I think that most of all your WHY will compel you to continue forward after no one shows up for your home based presentation.

Your WHY can be a very powerful tool indeed in your ascension up the ladder of success.

Keep rockin Val!
