I just put together a short video how to make an effective Friend’s request on Facebook and why if your not doing it this way your probably shooting yourself in the foot.

I just got a chance to check out your video and I thought it was great. I completely agree with you that you should always make it personal. This is social networking after all so people should remember to be social
