Dood! John, This looks awesome! You don’t know how much time I wasted/spent trying to get my ftp client stuff organized. This is going to save me a lot of time. I’m getting my blog worked on right now and will ask that this gets installed. With all the time I save, I may just have time to drive to Stocton and have a cold one with you.
Great tutorial too! Thanks. Pat

Hi John,
You’re right, the one click plugin updater is an incredibly valuable tool for any blogger.
There are so many plugins available, and unless a novice user knows what to look for and how to use them it can be a very difficult process to become familiar with. Thanks for sharing this, it will be of tremendous value for many people.

Hey All,
You may already know this, but… You rarely ever have to use FTP to install a plugin. You simply 1. hover you cursor over the plugin icon in your WP dashboard. 2. Click on ADD NEW 3. Search for the specific plugin 3. Click on Install at the right of the plugin desription 4. Activate and you are DONE!
Just thought I would share this in case you didn’t know..
