Who are you?
By John ChatmanI was just going over some incredible training put out by one of my mentors who is a MONSTER in the Online Networking industry and the gist of it was that most folks really never attract or develop the team/following that they have the potential to merely for the simple fact that they are trying to be someone that their not.
You might be someone who really isn’t all that showstopping in person but maybe your skills lay in being able to develop systems to accomplish certain tasks. You might be someone who is considered to be the life of the party but yet you really bite at keeping yourself organized.
On a different note maybe your someone who isn’t as cultured as the MLM GOD that is somewhere 20 levels upline to you and you are thinking to yourself that you could never be that person. You know the guy/gal who everyone wants to be around, talk to, take out to lunch/dinner…
Well guess what? You don’t have to be! As a matter of fact when you just let yourself flow and the real you gets to shine that is the person that folks are going to be attracted to. So what your idea of a nice night out is a tractor pull at the local arena…. hahaha. Believe me, some of the biggest ballers I know of in the Home Based Business, Online Marketing, and Direct Sales arena are absolute goofballs.
Bottom line is this: BE YOURSELF, there is only one you and there are thousands of potential business partners who are looking to team up with SOMEONE JUST LIKE YOU!
To Success,
John

I remember in my early 20’s trying to imitate other people. But after awhile I just came to the realization that it’s so much easier being me! Life is so much lighter and I don’t live based on others’ expectations of me. It’s just a better way to live and I attract the right people into my life! Thanks John for a great reminder to be true to oneself!

You hit it right on the dot Ayanna. I think maybe we all go through that phase where we see someone we want to be like and try to imitate them. The only real problem with this is that we aren’t being true to our selves on an inner basis which in turn manifests itself by sending out the wrong vibes to those around us. This type of behaviour actually serves to push people away rather than attract them to us.
What’s really funny about this issue is that once you start really allowing yourself to be comfortable with you are the success literally rains down from the heavens. It is a wonderful feeling and I hope everyone of us can experience it.
